Steven Schwartz who was born and raised in the Bronx is the so-called outside partner being responsible for finance vendors and sales. Michael Gottlieb who was raised in Brooklyn is responsible for manufacturing. The second generation expanded the business in the late 80's to mid 90's, adding a commercial and residential roofing supply division in the Bronx and opening two showroom/warehouses in Brooklyn. The affiliates generate metal fabrication business for the parent and sell mostly commercial roofing/concrete restoration products to large and small contractors. The firm employs 125.
